Pending Outcomes Queue

On the Cordata's Home page you can find the Pending Outcomes queue. This queue will help you identify which patients have an outcome survey due soon.

Patients with a Outcomes Checklist will appear in this queue. As the outcomes checklist is worked the Pending Outcomes queue will update as well. You will see the surveys items update in the queue based on the interval (i.e. baseline will come before 6 weeks, 6 weeks will appear before 3 months, etc). In the Pending Outcomes queue you will see the next survey due, interval and due date.

Outcome checklist can be generated from the patient's record. On the left hand navigation bar Follow Up will display all of the outcomes options set for your organization. Under Follow Up you can use the first option of PRO to generate a Outcomes Checklist or you can add in individual surveys. Also this is where you can add on Patient Engagement to automate your outbound communicate with patients.

Patients will fall off the Pending Intakes queue once the patient's outcome checklist is marked as completed.
